Thanksgiving 2009

We went to Las Vegas this year for a Yee family Thanksgiving. Brooklyn hadn't seen most of the Yee clan since she was only a month old! She gets a little shy in big groups of people she doesn't know that well, so at the beginning of dinner Brook was ducking her head and sticking close to Mom and Dad. By the end of the evening she was running around the room laughing hysterically with Aunt Marlina and playing with Cousin Vickie, Grandma Yee and Cousin Mike.

Brooklyn, Aunt Marlina and Aunt Elaine, Grandma Yee, and Cousins Kianna and Josie all braved the crowds on Black Friday afternoon and went SHOPPING! We went to the Las Vegas Premium Outlet Mall. It was crazy busy! Mommy got some new shoes and a purse for herself and a bunch of PJ's and clothes for Brooklyn. I must say that if you are taking a 1-year-old shopping, Brooklyn is the one to take. She loved looking and touching everything on the racks (she would hold on to the ones she really liked the entire time we were in the store). Brooklyn was the most excellent little shopper. She got a little tired at the end of the shopping trip, but I think everyone was tired by then.
