Mothers and Bubbles

On Saturday we went to Tom & Elaine and Gning-Gning’s house to wish Elaine and Gning-Gning a happy Mother’s Day.  We got all dressed up and Mommy even tried curlers in Brooklyn’s hair for something extra special, but they didn’t turn out as she pictured.  We went out for lunch at Joy Luck, very yummy, with Uncle Brady, Uncle Tom and Aunt Elaine and Josie and best of all Gning-Gning.  After a nap Brooklyn finally got to play with her “JoJo”.  Aunt Elaine had the most magnificent bubble machine that had Brooklyn running and jumping and screaming and getting all her extra energy out, we’ve got to get one of those!  Thanks for the fabulous day Uncle Tom, Aunt Elaine and Gning-Gning, and of course Miss Josie.

Mommy trying curlers like Aunt Elaine did with Josie, however, Brooklyn was tired of the curlers before they all set up so she just had a few waves in her hair.

 

Brooklyn had lots of fun stacking some little blocks and then knocking them down and starting over again.

Brooklyn loved spending the day with some of her most favorite people, her Gning-Gning and “JoJo”.  We can’t wait to play again soon!
