We had a very busy President’s Day Weekend. Mommy worked almost as many hours over the weekend as she did during the week and we almost completely finished the room Uncle Robby is gonna stay in for a while. A couple of months ago the room had a large hole in the wall, no flooring and was full of stuff. As much as I wish I had pictures to show the transformation I’m glad no one has proof of just how messy that room was. During the day we worked on the room and at night and into the morning Mommy and Daddy got reports ready to send to all 1000 water systems in Utah. We did take a break on Saturday afternoon to check out the “Children Delight in the Book of Mormon” exhibit at the LDS Church History Museum with Candice, Peter and their boys Brannin and Cameron. Because we took Trax downtown (SLCs public transportation) we also made a little detour to the Gateway Mall. They were having a little Olympic thing there so we got to see all the 2002 Olympic mascots, and some bobsleds and other stuff. So much fun!
Waiting for the train. On the train having so much fun!
Exploring the Book of Mormon…
On a little boat.
Dressing up Book of Mormon characters.
Finding eggs under the chickens. Brannin threw the chickens on the ground to find them.Picking Veggies from a garden.
Brannin was an amazing dancer. He followed the guy on the screen and did exactly what he did, absolutely awesome!
Jamin’ to some church tunes. So hungry, waiting for lunch.
We ate lunch right by Daddy’s work!
Meeting all the 2002 Olympic mascots. They were so much fun to meet!
Heading back home…WE LOVE THE TRAIN!!Mommy’s boxes of work.
We woke up to snow on Monday…Snow Day!
Robby’s room (minus dresser, it will be down there this week). For all those of you who saw the mess that was that room you’ll understand how much work we did, for everyone else, just enjoy a nice clean room. Robby, we can’t wait to see you!!
