Whenever we go to visit Gning-Gning, Uncle Tom, Aunt Elaine and Josie there is something that Brooklyn gets to do right before we leave, it's called Bai Sing. We do this for Yeh-Yeh (Johnny's Dad). At first Brooklyn wasn't sure about it, but as she has done it many times now, she will run over, grab the incense and start all by herself, it's adorable. I'm not sure on all the particulars, but I do know that it shows respect to the person who has passed away. Here is what we do...we burn three incense sticks, bow three times and then put the incense outside the front door.
